Activate Membership | Set Password | Login | Access User Menu | Edit Profile| Reset Password

Step 1, Activate Your Membership:

Here you see what your invitation email will look like with a link to set a password for you new account
To activate your account, simply click the link shown and continue to the password page.

Step 2, Set your password:

This image shows the password page where you can set a new password for your account. Note: a suggested password has been filled in automatically. You can accept the suggested password or type in a password of your own.

Once you have your password entered, click on “Reset Password”.

Step 3, Login to your new account:

IMPORTANT: On the login page, your username is you full email address and NOT the “username” shown in your invitation email.

Here you will enter your full email address under “Username” and the new password you created earlier under “Password”.

Step 4, Access the Members Only user menu:

This what what the web site will look like after you have successfully logged in.
NOTE: that there are 2 ways to access the user menu:
 First, you can click on the word “MEMBERS” in the red band just under the the welcome message at the top of the page.
 Second, you can click your user icon in the black bar near the top right hand corner of the page.

Step 5, Edit Your User Profile (Optional):”

After clicking on “PROFILE” in the user menu, this page will appear. Here you can click “Edit” and change your screen name.

How to Request a Password Reset

There are 2 ways to request a new password (also known as a password reset).
The first is to click the “Lost your password?” link at the bottom of the login page after a failed login. The system will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

The second is to send an email to thectsinfolady@gmail.com and request a new password
